• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Affiliate & referral data: Your unique referral code, the referral codes of others who referred you, commission amounts earned, payout status, and referral counts
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns

We also automatically collect certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies when you use the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your personalized numerology and astrology blueprint
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send daily insights and other communications you have opted into
• Track affiliate referrals, calculate commissions, and process affiliate payouts
• Improve and personalize the Service
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
• Comply with legal obligations

3a. Affiliate & Referral Data

If you participate in the DecodedOS affiliate program, we collect and process the following additional data:

• Referral code: A unique code assigned to your account used to track referrals you generate
• Referred-by code: The referral code of the affiliate who referred you to DecodedOS, if applicable
• Commission records: The amount, status (pending or paid), and timestamp of each commission earned
• Referral counts: The number of users who signed up using your referral code
• Link mode preference: Whether you have selected the discount or full-commission affiliate link mode

This data is stored securely in our database and is used solely to operate the affiliate program — calculating and displaying your earnings, processing payouts, and preventing fraud.

We display aggregate leaderboard data (first name or username and referral count only) publicly within the platform to users who are signed in. We do not share your full name, email address, or commission amounts with other users.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), and email delivery services — bound by confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
