1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DecodedOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. DecodedOS is operated by EMO and provides numerology, astrology, and life blueprint content for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. Nature of the Service

DecodedOS provides numerological and astrological readings, life blueprint reports, and related content. All content provided through the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The Service does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on content provided by DecodedOS.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Purchases and Payments

DecodedOS offers paid tiers including Core Imprint and Full Blueprint. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Promo codes are subject to their individual terms and may be revoked at any time if misused.

5. Affiliate Program

DecodedOS operates an affiliate referral program that allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new paying customers. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the following terms:

• Eligibility. Any registered DecodedOS user with an active account may participate. No separate application is required.
• Valid referrals. A commission is earned only when a new customer — someone who has not previously purchased from DecodedOS — completes a paid purchase using your unique referral link. Referrals from existing customers do not qualify.
• Self-referrals prohibited. Using your own referral link to purchase, or creating multiple accounts to generate fraudulent referrals, is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of commissions and potential account suspension.
• Commission rates. Commission rates are set by DecodedOS and are subject to change at any time with reasonable notice. Current rates are displayed in your Account Settings.
• Payouts. Commissions are tracked in real time and displayed as pending in your dashboard. Payouts are processed manually by the DecodedOS team. We reserve the right to withhold payment pending fraud review or if your account is under investigation.
• Tax responsibility. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to affiliate income in your jurisdiction. DecodedOS does not withhold taxes on commission payments.
• Promotional conduct. You may not make false or misleading claims about DecodedOS when promoting your referral link. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when required by applicable law (e.g., FTC guidelines in the United States).
• Program termination. DecodedOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Legitimate pending commissions earned prior to termination will be honored.

By sharing your referral link, you agree to these affiliate terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DecodedOS, including but not limited to text, graphics, reports, algorithms, and software, is the property of EMO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Service
• Engage in fraudulent affiliate activity including self-referrals or fake accounts

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Numerological and astrological interpretations are subjective and not guaranteed to be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
